By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of the website.

The availability, price, scope, and conditions of each service may vary according to the project location, plot condition, design requirements, selected materials, government or housing-society requirements, and the written agreement entered into with the client.

2. Website Use

This website is provided primarily for general information, business enquiries, consultation requests, quotation requests, project demonstrations, and communication with Axis Construction.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes. You agree not to use the website:

  • For fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized activities
  • To submit false information or impersonate another person
  • To interfere with the website’s security, performance, or operation
  • To introduce viruses, malware, harmful scripts, or malicious code
  • To attempt unauthorized access to our website, server, database, or systems
  • To copy, scrape, reproduce, or commercially exploit website content without permission
  • To send spam, abusive communications, or irrelevant promotional material
  • In any manner that may damage the Company’s reputation, systems, or legal rights

We reserve the right to restrict or block access to the website where we reasonably believe that a visitor has violated these Terms or misused the website.

3. Informational Purpose of Website Content

The information published on this website is provided for general informational and promotional purposes.

Construction information, estimated rates, project timelines, material descriptions, design examples, FAQs, blog posts, completed-project descriptions, and other website content do not constitute a final engineering opinion, legal approval, guaranteed quotation, or binding construction commitment.

Every construction project is different. Final recommendations and specifications may depend upon:

  • Site inspection and soil conditions
  • Plot dimensions and location
  • Approved architectural and structural drawings
  • Covered area and number of floors
  • Applicable building regulations
  • Client-selected materials and finishes
  • Labour and material market rates
  • Availability of utilities
  • Government or housing-society approvals
  • Structural, technical, and safety requirements

Clients should not begin construction, purchase materials, or make financial decisions solely on the basis of general information displayed on this website.

4. No Construction Contract Formed Through Website Use

Accessing this website, completing a contact form, requesting a quotation, communicating through WhatsApp, calling our office, sending an email, or receiving an initial consultation does not automatically create a construction contract, partnership, agency relationship, or legally binding commitment between you and Axis Construction.

A construction or consultancy engagement becomes binding only when the relevant parties enter into a separate written agreement, work order, quotation acceptance, consultancy agreement, or other legally recognized document.

Any separate signed agreement will govern the specific project. Where there is a conflict between these website Terms and a signed project agreement, the signed project agreement will apply to that project.

5. Consultations and Site Visits

Consultations or site visits offered through the website may be free or chargeable depending on the location, project type, required assessment, and scope of work.

A consultation or site visit is intended to help us understand the client’s requirements. It does not guarantee:

  • Acceptance of the project
  • A particular construction cost
  • Approval of a proposed design
  • Availability of specific materials
  • Completion within a particular timeframe
  • Approval from any government authority or housing society

We may request ownership documents, plot details, drawings, location information, photographs, measurements, or other information before providing advice or preparing an estimate.

6. Quotations, Estimates and BOQs

Any preliminary quotation, online estimate, verbal estimate, cost range, rate per square foot, or budget figure provided through the website or an initial communication is an approximation unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed written agreement.

Final pricing may depend upon:

  • Final approved drawings
  • Actual covered area and measurements
  • Site and soil conditions
  • Material brands and specifications
  • Labour requirements
  • Structural requirements
  • Taxes, fees, permits, and approval charges
  • Transportation and access to the site
  • Changes requested by the client
  • Changes in market prices
  • Work not reasonably visible before construction begins

A quotation may remain valid only for the period specified in the quotation. If no validity period is stated, Axis Construction may revise the quotation before acceptance due to market-price changes or changes in the project scope.

Submitting a quotation request does not oblige Axis Construction to undertake the project.

7. Construction Costs and Market Fluctuations

Construction costs may change because of fluctuations in the prices of cement, steel, bricks, sand, electrical items, sanitary items, finishing materials, fuel, transportation, labour, taxes, duties, or imported products.

Unless a signed agreement expressly confirms a fixed price, website rates and preliminary estimates should not be treated as fixed or guaranteed.

Any price adjustment, escalation arrangement, material substitution, or additional payment requirement applicable to a project will be handled according to the relevant signed project agreement.

8. Project Scope, Changes and Additional Work

The exact scope of any project will be defined in the relevant written agreement, approved drawings, specifications, quotation, BOQ, or work order.

Client-requested additions, deletions, design revisions, material upgrades, structural changes, or other variations may affect the price and timeline.

No website statement should be interpreted as requiring Axis Construction to perform work outside the scope of an agreed project contract.

Additional work may require:

  • A revised quotation
  • A written variation order
  • Additional payment
  • Additional construction time
  • Revised drawings or approvals

9. Project Timelines

Any timeline displayed on the website or communicated during an initial consultation is an estimate unless it is confirmed in a signed project agreement.

Construction timelines may be affected by circumstances including:

  • Adverse weather conditions
  • Government restrictions
  • Delays in approvals or NOCs
  • Material shortages
  • Market disruptions
  • Labour shortages
  • Utility-related delays
  • Client-requested changes
  • Late client decisions or payments
  • Site-access restrictions
  • Events beyond the reasonable control of Axis Construction

Specific completion dates, extensions, delay responsibilities, and handover arrangements will be governed by the signed project agreement.

10. Approvals, Permits and NOCs

Axis Construction may assist clients with building approvals, drawings, permits, or NOCs where included in the agreed scope.

Final approval remains subject to the requirements and decisions of the relevant authority, including government departments, development authorities, housing societies, utility providers, or other regulatory bodies.

Axis Construction does not control these authorities and cannot guarantee that an application will be accepted, approved within a specific period, or approved without modifications.

The client is responsible for providing accurate ownership documents, identification documents, undertakings, authorizations, and any other documents required by the relevant authority.

11. Client Responsibilities

Where you enquire about or engage our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information.

Depending on the project, the client may be responsible for:

  • Confirming legal ownership or authority over the property
  • Providing correct plot and property documents
  • Disclosing known site defects or disputes
  • Providing timely approvals and decisions
  • Making payments according to the agreed schedule
  • Ensuring lawful access to the site
  • Obtaining approvals that are assigned to the client
  • Reviewing and approving drawings, specifications, and materials
  • Informing us promptly about requested changes
  • Not interfering with construction in a way that creates safety or quality risks

Axis Construction will not be responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incomplete, incorrect, misleading, or late information supplied by the client.

12. Payments, Deposits and Refunds

The website does not presently create a general right to a refund or cancellation of construction services.

Deposits, advance payments, stage payments, consultancy fees, design fees, site-visit charges, cancellation rights, and refunds will be governed by the quotation, invoice, receipt, or written agreement applicable to the relevant service or project.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, payments made for completed design work, consultancy, site inspection, customized drawings, purchased materials, mobilization, or work already performed may be non-refundable to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Do not make any payment to an unofficial account or an unauthorized individual. Clients should verify payment instructions directly through the Company’s official contact details.

13. Electronic Communications

When you contact us through the website, email, telephone, WhatsApp, social media, or another electronic method, you consent to receiving communications relating to your enquiry or project through those methods.

Electronic communications may include:

  • Responses to enquiries
  • Quotations and estimates
  • Site-visit arrangements
  • Drawings and documents
  • Project updates
  • Payment reminders
  • Photographs and videos
  • Service information
  • Administrative notices

You are responsible for ensuring that your submitted telephone number, email address, and other contact information are correct and secure.

Important project instructions, variations, payments, and approvals may need to be confirmed through a signed document or another method accepted by Axis Construction.

14. Website Forms and Submitted Information

You must not submit confidential, unlawful, misleading, defamatory, or third-party-owned material through the website.

By submitting photographs, drawings, plans, descriptions, requirements, or other materials, you confirm that:

  • You have the authority to provide them
  • Their use for assessing your enquiry does not violate another person’s rights
  • The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge

We may use submitted information only for handling the enquiry, assessing the project, preparing a proposal, providing requested services, maintaining records, and fulfilling legal or administrative obligations.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, all content available on this website is owned by or licensed to Axis Construction, including:

  • Company names and branding

  • Website design and layout
  • Written content

  • Marketing material
  • Documents and downloadable resources

You may view and print reasonable portions of website content for personal and non-commercial reference.

You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, sell, license, reproduce, upload, or use our content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

No permission is granted to use the Axis Construction name, logo, project portfolio, photographs, designs, or other branding in a way that suggests an unauthorized association, endorsement, or partnership.

16. Architectural Drawings and Designs

Architectural drawings, structural drawings, 3D elevations, concepts, plans, BOQs, specifications, and other customized documents prepared by Axis Construction may be subject to separate ownership and usage conditions.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, receiving a preview, quotation, draft drawing, or design proposal does not automatically transfer intellectual property ownership or unrestricted usage rights to the recipient.

The use, reproduction, transfer, construction, or modification of customized drawings will be governed by the applicable consultancy or project agreement.

17. Project Images, Portfolio and Testimonials

Images, renderings, videos, floor plans, and project descriptions displayed on the website are intended to demonstrate our work, experience, design approach, or construction capabilities.

Actual project results may vary because of differences in:

  • Plot dimensions
  • Client requirements
  • Budgets
  • Materials
  • Site conditions
  • Lighting and photography
  • Local regulations
  • Design revisions

Conceptual renderings and 3D visualizations are illustrative and may differ from the finished construction.

Where client projects are displayed, reasonable efforts will be made to respect confidentiality and any applicable consent arrangements.

Testimonials represent the individual experiences or opinions of the persons providing them. They do not guarantee that every client or project will achieve identical results.

18. Third-Party Products, Suppliers and Services
